Overview:
The Bath Street Inn - Casual Elegance, Victorian Charm. Let us transport you to a quieter time and a gentler pace. The Bath Street Inn, a Queen Anne Victorian, located close to the heart of old Santa Barbara, offers you the traditional warmth and hospitality of a European Bed and Breakfast. When the inn opened in 1981, it immediately became a peaceful place to relax and renew the spirit. We welcome you and hope that you, too, make the Bath Street Inn your haven in Santa Barbara. Our rooms are clean and charming, individually decorated, all with the luxury and comfort of modern amenities, private bathrooms, fresh flowers and lights in all the right places. The features of each room vary: some have balconies or fireplaces or Jacuzzis. Food makes a vacation - "Breakfast” is the other half of “Bed and Breakfast” and you'll eat well. Begin your day with an early cup of coffee in the kitchen, or jump right into breakfast with fresh California fruits and nutty homemade granola, followed by the hot entrée of the day. Could be raspberry pancakes or eggs Florentine or peach stuffed French toast: the menu varies daily! When you've finished your last cup of coffee, find a cozy reading spot, walk to town or ride the trolley to the beach. Afternoon refreshment awaits you at your return, and later, share your discoveries with other guests at our evening wine and cheese hour. Save room for dessert after dinner; our home baked cakes and cookies are delicious.
